​Ms. Harvey is a senior member of Pillsbury's Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources section and the leader of the firm's Climate Change & Sustainability practice. Ms. Harvey has concentrated on environmental law over the entire course of her career, and she has a wide ranging practice.

Her counseling/compliance practice embraces a variety of areas, including climate change and sustainability, air, water, waste (radioactive materials/waste, non-radioactive, and mixed waste) the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Comprehensive Response, Compensation and Liability Act, the Emergency Planning & Community Right-to-Know Act, safety, Homeland Security and Haz Mat Transport, and environmental impact studies under the National Environmental Policy Act, on the federal and state levels. 

Her business and real estate transactions practice includes crisis management and response services, counseling on environmental disclosures and all aspects of environmental due diligence, including assistance in structuring and negotiating deals, consultation on large project developments and advice to financial institutions about environmental liabilities. Ms. Harvey is also involved in many types of environmental litigation, including private and governmental cost recovery actions; civil and criminal enforcement actions; citizen suits; and toxic tort, nuisance and trespass claims.
